Project inquiries

When you submit the project form, the site sends the contact and project-context fields you provide, the consent timestamp, and first-touch referral or campaign information used for inquiry routing and attribution. Do not submit confidential, regulated, proprietary or security-sensitive information through the public form.

Form protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Technical request information may be processed as part of verification, rate limiting and service protection.

Analytics

The site supports privacy-respecting performance measurement and conversion-event attribution. Cloudflare Web Analytics or a same-origin conversion-event endpoint may be enabled in the production configuration. The public form preserves first-touch referral and campaign parameters during the browser session so PlanckCyber can understand how an inquiry reached the site.

Lead delivery

When the project form is configured for production, submission data is transmitted to the service PlanckCyber uses to receive and respond to inquiries. The public website does not place production webhook credentials or other private delivery credentials in browser code.

Text messaging (SMS)

PlanckCyber (Planck Cybernetics, LLC) collects mobile phone numbers when you provide one to us, and, where you opt in, sends SMS text messages related to your inquiry, project or account. These messages may include status updates, scheduling and appointment reminders, support and account-related notices, and other transactional or customer-care communications. Some or all of these text conversations may be conducted by an automated conversational AI agent rather than a human employee. Where required by applicable law we will identify an interaction as automated, and you may request to be connected with a human representative at any time by replying to the message or using the contact details below.

Consent to receive SMS messages is collected through an affirmative opt-in, presented separately from any other consent, and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, project or account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected through this website are used only to communicate with you about your own inquiry, project or account. No mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent is sold, and none is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information may be shared with service providers who send messages or otherwise support this text-messaging program on PlanckCyber's behalf, subject to the same restriction.
