Who sends the texts

PlanckCyber, an AI consulting and software company based in Denver, Colorado. PlanckCyber is a registered Colorado trade name (Colorado Secretary of State document #20268219347). Texts are sent from (518) 875-2625. Questions: use our contact page or call (720) 223-9009.

How you opt in

We only text people who ask us to. Before starting a free AI Opportunity Audit at app.planckcyber.com, you can tick an optional text-message consent box. The box is not checked by default, it is not required to use the audit, and the mobile-number field only appears after you tick it. The consent box reads:

“I agree to receive SMS text messages from PlanckCyber about this AI Opportunity Audit, including audit reminders and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.”

We do not buy, rent or borrow phone lists, and we never text anyone who has not opted in.

What we text you about

• Questions about how your business works today, as part of the audit you started.
• Reminders and a code to resume an audit you did not finish.
• Scheduling and appointment reminders.
• Status updates and a link to your finished audit report.

We do not send promotional offers or newsletters by text.

Frequency, cost and carriers

• Message frequency varies with your audit or project activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation text and nothing further unless you opt in again.
